Timeframe:
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the seller.

Conditions:

  • The item has not been used

  • The original appearance and consumer properties are preserved

  • Seals, tags, and packaging are intact

  • Receipt or other proof of purchase is available

Reasons for Return:
The customer may return the item if it does not meet expectations due to:

  • size

  • color

  • style

  • or any other reason not related to product quality

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (cash, bank card, etc.).

Please note:
Certain categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with Ukrainian law, including:

  • food products

  • medications

  • personal hygiene items

  • underwear and similar items

Timeframe:
Within the warranty period set by the manufacturer or seller.

Reasons:

  • Discovered defects or damage

  • Discrepancies with the stated specifications

  • Hidden defects that could not be identified at the time of purchase

Procedure:

  • An expert examination may be required to confirm the defect

  • Based on the results, the item may be exchanged or refunded

Recommendations:

  • Keep the original packaging, receipt, and tags until the end of the warranty period

  • Follow the product usage instructions

  • In case of disputes, contact the seller
