The store operates on a prepayment basis. To confirm an order, a minimum prepayment of 200 UAH or full payment of the item’s cost is required.
Orders are handed over to the postal carrier within 2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery is carried out by trusted national operators — Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. All shipments are securely packaged and accompanied by a tracking number.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer according to the current rates of the selected service.
